Ridiculous Service From Such A Big Company

Ridiculous service from this company, at the moment no one can tell me where my parcel is ..im expecting a car part from Johannesburg , parcel supposed to be sent to kzn pmb ..so delivered to the depot in durban and then dispatched to Pietermaritzburg, the parcel was sent on the 28th of july and in 3 days still isnt in kzn ,this morning no one can tell me where it is , jhb call centre says it was dispatched on the 28th , the last record on the system for tracking shows activity on the 28th and nothing after that ..whats the point of a tracking number ?? I have used other courier companies in the past and on their site i was able to see daily activity till I received my parcel , the part im waiting for is a critical part for my car ..im currently left without a vehicle now and my wife goes into labour tomorrow morning...staff also promise to liaise but never get back to me ..i will never use or recommend DSV
