Ridiculous Service 🚮
I now understand why this company has such low ratings. You can’t treat customers like this and expect positive feedback. Thank you for your ridiculous service. For anyone considering using DSV, be warned—you will likely regret it. My MTN parcel was returned last week without any explanation, and again this week, it still hasn't been delivered.

06 Nov 2024, 16:19I wish to ask , so apon delivery has DSv instructed the driver to ask clients to rub thumb's on the sand so that finger prints can be verified, There is something fishy and very doggy about that driver in addition he is rude and very aggressive should this matter not be resolved I will personally publicise this to the relevant people, I've never been asked to rub my hands on the sand before taking my prints and I've never had problems with verifying my biometrics, I don't know what game you guys are playing but let me tell you now you picked the wrong person and I will deal with this matter accordingly.
