Rica documents not delivered, Sim Card not rica'd
Good Day. I feel like I'm always writing bad reviews when it comes to my relationship with @MTNza. On the 14/08 a new sim card was delivered. I forgot the drivers name but I have a order no. *** which I hope it could help you locate the driver. My new sim card hasn't been rica'd yet, and it's a month now when I call Mtn they say it's because @DSV hasn't delivered the documents to the Rica department. I gave the driver all the required documents. Please fix this because Mtn is charging for Sim card that is not working. Please locate the driver and ask what happened.
