RICA DOCS

Honestly i get the part where DSV cannot deliver my parcel without the correct RICA DOCUMENTS , HOWEVER upon taking out the contract with MTN i mentioned so many times that im still waiting for my identity document from Home affairs because i lost my wallet with my ID inside. i explained it to mtn and the lady said i should tell the DSV CONSULTANT the same thing which i did. HOwver she refused after telling her that i have acopy of my ID AND MY PROOF OF ADDRESS. The consultant even mentioned something about using a biometrix system to confirm if im the right person i consented but DSV STILL IS SAYING THEY CANNOT Deliver my parcel. IM SURE THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE FOR THIS IM BEEN WAITING FOR MY PARCEL FROM DECEMBER .
