RICA delays
It is frustrating to sign a contract with MTN and later be told the reason you can't use a product is because DSV did not do their part.
Why does it take so long for a sim card to be Rica'erd?! I refuse to pay for a service I am not receiving, may this please be sorted out as it is frustrating to sit with a router that is not working. And it is not the driver's fault he delivered as promised.
