Review on initial complaint

After struggling to get the dsv consultant in jhb to actually contact me for delivery, my Mtn package was finally rerouted to western cape branch where it needed to be from the get go. The service from the Dsv branch here in WC was much better and offered a much better service so I am reviewing again to give credit to this branch. It's just a pity I couldn't write a better review due to the service initially received from jhb branch.
