I had a problem where i believed the problem was DSV couriers due to incorrect information from a company using DSV's services. I sincerely apologize! I definitely withdrew my previous review and add this one.

Chris Williams helped me through this matter i had and tracked my parcel thats been MIA since 7 January and made arrangements for delivery immediately. Great service and very quick responses. Friendly staff wich always help.
