PUTRID DISGUSTING EMBARRASING SERVICE

I cannot understand how a business can be so utterly useless. I myself deal with logistics, and DSV is beyond a joke. I have shipments from around the globe delivered sooner and with better customer service than this joke of a business. My parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday between a certain time. After no delivery. I had to try and call no less that 15 times before I got to speak to anyone. I get told the biometric machine was not working. No courtesy call to the customer whatsoever. I have now attempted to speak to someone today, and again, no less than 10 times, and then a message gets taken for someone to phone me back. Will that ever happen I wonder? The woman who made the booking with me a week earlier is obviously dead as her line rings endlessly. This distribution center is 15 mins away from me, and yet its takes them a week to deliver. EMBARRASING !!!! I want me parcel delivered to me TODAY, otherwise I am going to the distribution center myself and kick some backsides.
