Prompt service

I recently logged a complaint regarding my cellphone that was supposed to be delivered and I tried to contact DSV roads PE site with no help. With DSV's prompt service I received a call from a lady that was very helpful. She listened to my query and told me she will fix it and get back to me. In less than an hour I received a call to tell me my phone will be delivered. in 24hrs my phone was delivered. I am very happy with the service I received, it goes to show that DSV cares about their customers. Im soo sad I forgot the lady's name but thank you very much for your assistance.
