Postponed Delivery and missing time and location

This is the most horrible experience I have had with this company. When it comes to delivery time and the exact location to drop off your parcel, they are the worst in the courier industry. I wonder why MTN is using them to deliver parcels on their behalf. They are tarnishing the brand of MTN.
