Poor to not at all Service

My daughter send me a package through dsv mountie lockers in Cape Town on the 5 December 2020 and if we truck it on there website it is still in Cape Town last date updated 7 December 2020. It is the 16 December 2020 already I phoned yesterday and used more than a R100 airtime but still don't have a answer they don't know what happened to the package they will lodge a query at that is it. The lady from head office promised me they will still come back to me with a answer late afternoon yesterday but till up to this morning I did not hear anything back from them. This is very bad/poor services I don't think I will ever see my package maybe they don't know where is Free State. I will never use there courier service again.
