Poor services

I am really disappointed in DSV. I always thought they were some of the better couriers, but it seems like I was wrong. I am waiting for a parcel now since the 20th of December 2018. Already 4 attempts were made to deliver the parcel, all of them showing as failed. When I call customer services, they just told me that it was due to insufficient time, which I think is not true. Also called the branch where the parcel is shipped from everytime (Polokwane branch) to find out what the problem is, but they just put me through to numbers that doesn't get answered. I don't know how they want to achieve their vision as stated on their website, but the with the current way they can forget about it.
