Poor Service - No delivery

A purchase from One day only was issued to UTi on 12 April 2016. On 13 April I got an sms indicating it will be delivery within 3 days. On 14 April I got an sms indicating it will be deliver on the day between 8am-5pm. At 1pm I got a call from the driver saying he was at the same street but in JHB CBD. I indicated to him that the delivery street is in Randburg and not CBD. He mentioned that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow (15th).<br> <br> On 15 April I called 4x. twice in the morning and spoke to Victor and Gift. Both could not tell me where my parcel was. Then at 10:36 I called the call centre and spoke to Asanda whom after 18min said she will get a hold of the customer service person and get back to me in 30min. 2hours later I called back and spoke to Nthabiseng whom basically gave me the same info and said she'll get someone to call me back. 30min later, a call centre rep advised that the parcel is still \on the floor\" and will be delivered on Monday. The reason was that the suburb was not listed.<br> <br> If Uti knew on 12 April that 2 streets exist in 2 different areas of JHB, why didn't you contact me then? Why didn't you contact on 14 April when I indicated Randburg to the driver?"
