Poor service from DSV Mounties

They called me 5 days ago to say my fnb credit card is ready for delivery. The card is still not delivered. I called them today, Thandokazi told me that the card will be delivered in 3 to 4 days. Really! After waiting for 5 days. So it takes this courier company 8 to 9 days to make a delivery! You not different to the SAPO! Why Fnb is using your services, I don't know but will write to them as well.
