Poor service

Worst experience ever.....

I bought a device with MTN on the 4th April 2024. The deal was finalized the same day with contract being sent to me. I was told I has been forwarded to DSV for transportation Fri the following day. It arrived in Cape Town Monday 8th April, where I spent the whole day calling them to make delivery arrangements. I spoke with different people explaining to them that I need the device delivered not later than Tuesday, 9th April and they they not keen to assist me with making the delivery arrangement. I final managed to speak with someone who assisted around 4 in the afternoon. She told me the term will only be delivered on the 10th April 2024. I'm not so happy about that as I need the parcel urgently and I might not be in the office on the 10th as I work from home sometimes and it's a town ship. Couriers dont want to deliver in townships for safety reasons. The last time I received a parcel from MTN through DSV I had to collect it from the Police Station and they have a limited time waiting for me and I will not be able to adhere to their time as I will be working.
