Poor Service DSV ROAD

I ordered from Runway on 10 August 2023, listed my delivery address and phone number, i then got an SMS on the 15th of August 2023 that my delivery will take place by 17h00, i then called the call center to give them my alternative phone number, needless to say the delivery never happened, then on 16 August i called again and was told that my adress says Bokosi x5, which i disputed and gave my right adress as listed on the order, Today i callled again the parcel still at the delivery branch and was told the call center is attending to the matter , i really dont know who changed my adress to Bokosi x5 as it is still captured as that, my adress is simple and it is the city center still my package is still stuck at the Klerksdorp delivery branch, no feedback whatsoever from DSV, the service is pathetic to say the least.
