Poor service DSV Distribution

I have been waiting for a delivery over three weeks, I get SMS notifications but parcel is never delivered. Today I decided to call and was promised that the parcel would be delivered today and after several calls I was connected to the driver who was so rude and he told me that he has important deliveries to make and will attend to my parcel when he has time...I then called the call center and the team leader on duty dropped the phone on my ear...am actually thinking of cancelling my order with the company as I did not pay for this nonsense
