Poor Service DSV Courier Rustenburg
Received message from Dsv Courier Rustenburg on Friday the 15 Sep 2023 my package is out for delivery today is the 20 Sep 2023 still no package no sms whatsoever to apologize for the delay nothing. I Just received a sms that the package will be deliver today before 17h00, but I will not hold my breath. They can learn a thing or 2 from Courier Guy and Fast Way couriers. It's the most disappointing experience ever with a courier service and if I could rate them a 0 I certainly would , when calling there branch in Rustenburg the phone just keep on ringing and then say the subscriber you have dialed is not available I already phone 4 times without success.
