Poor service delivery, YET AGAIN!!
This is so disgusting!! I'm a UNISA student and am waiting for a parcel which I was calked and told by a supervisor at DSVwould be delivered to me on Friday. Nobody called and no delivery arrived. Now I see on the Tracking App that "Delivery Failed: Receiver Not Available." Such untruth from these people!? Exactly the same thing happened in 2021 and I has to drive to their premises to get my parcel. How could I be unavailable on two contact numbers that they've called me on? This is utterly shocking, yet again. Can't they up their game?
