Poor service delivery from DSV Polokwane

DSV Polokwane.This is the poor of the poorest company in service delivery I have ever came across in my life when you call to find out about your parcel that is in their shelves for six days ,they tell you the driver is very far from you ,just wait.they do not even answer their phone.If I were the owner I will terminate everyone contract and hire a new staff that will be responsible .I don't think they even deserve a chance to pull their socks because it's clear that there will be no one left wearing a socks.
