Poor service delivery by DSV Mounties.

I missed a call from DSV Mounties and I called the company three minutes later. A lady answered and asked for my address and cellphone number since she said she’ll call me back after a few minutes. I waited and no call took place so I tried calling again and this time another lady answered and told me the exact same thing but there is still no reply. DSV Mounties’s service delivery is so poor !
