Poor service delivery

I have been waiting from 6 February 2018 to receive my UNISA textbooks. I have called for the past 3 days and have been on the phone for countless amounts of time trying to find out when deliver would take place. From 13 February I was told they were so sorry and it would arrive then yet on the 16 February I still have not received anything. They’ve now said the driver was overloaded with deliveries and could not deliver my parcel.

Unprofessional service and should NEVER be used!!!
