Poor service delivery

I ordered goods online from Volpes linen store on Thursday 12 February 2014. On 19 Feb the package was received by UTI in Johannesburg from PE. After having enquired where my package was from Volpes I was informed that it left their warehouse within one week. Since then it has been with UTI. It is now 6 days later and I still have not received my package from UTI. Online tracking reveals the parcel has been in my town since the morning of 23 Feb. How long can it possibly take to deliver a parcel in Rustenburg? The worst is I actually paid a courier fee for faster delivery. I often do online shopping and this is the longest I have ever waited for a product that was in stock. I will not recommend using UTI to any friends or clients.
