Poor Service

Hi I am under the impression that the personnel working at DSV are ***********. My MTN parcels ,two separate orders are outstanding for about 10 working days now. I live in Standerton ,Mpumalanga.My parcel was at JHB for delivery,after speaking to a cnsultant it was sent to Nelspruit,today the 20/09/2022 i spoke to a very arrogant person who cut the call on me.He said the parcel will be sent to Newcastle,KZN and i will receive a call in 2 to 3 days time. What kind of pathetic service is this. I don't have tracking numbers or any idea when i will receive my parcels. I am very upset and would like the consultant to apologise for dropping the phone on me. I have never experienced such bad service and MTN will be made aware of this.
