Poor Service

This company in Durban has been sitting with my package and haven't called to make delivery arrangements ,I called the jhb branch and was transfered to the deliveries department where I spoke to Samantha and gave her the number I can reached on with regards to delivery arrangments , the service at the jhb branch is excellent ,then I call the number for the Dbn branch and waisted all my airtime waiting to talk to an agent and after 10-15 minutes being on hold I drop the call with my issue not being solved. Its really frustrating and annoying that I cannot get this delivery issue sorted.
