Poor service and no communication

I ordered a phone from MTN last week everything was finalised with my contract and DSV contacted me and told me my parcel will be delivered on the 20th of June little did I know I waited the whole day until I decide I to call them and I was told the drive is coming till today nothing I a called them on the 21th they told me the driver was hijacked with my parcel bunch of lies this company they do deliver their service and they don’t commmunicate with you poor service

I’m very disappointed with you guys MTN needs to find new courier to work with cause this company is not a make sure please do something with this courier bad bad bad
