Poor service

I had a parcel that needed to be delivered to me. I asked them to deliver as early as possible since i am on the road a lot. Delivery should have taken place between 8 and 10. I had to phone them to find out what time since they have not called me, this was after 9 am already. I phoned again at 10:40 since no delivery was made. Driver had issues on the road and delivery will take place after 12 am. Why should i as the customer call them to find out what is up. When there is and issue call the customer and let them know. I planned my day around the delivery and now i have to wait. This is poor service as a delivery company. Never to use them again.
