Poor service
The worst courier company ever to deal with in South Africa, with rude agents in the incoming department who think they are owners of DSV. Team leaders/Supervisors always unavailable to take calls for queries or complaints. I spoke to Lisa who never bothered by hearing me. How is wish I could rate them a negative

I just received two calls in a space of 10 minutes, both agents telling me that they see my query and they will get back to me, they are following up with the agent I spoke to earlier as if notes are not in front of them. Either DSV has a problem or your employees are a problem. Get your house in order DSV
