Poor service

Not impressed at all.

Im waiting on a fnb card to be delivered. Yesterday they called saying that can see FNB made note thats ita an urgent delivery for today. (As the problem first was hy fnb as it took ovwr 2 weeks and they knew im leaving this weekend)

Now i understand things take time but FNB cleary told them and then i recieved the call and sounded all will be doen today. Then they should have been honest and say sorry but we cant make it happen sooner, but trying to convince me it will be

Today i was told will be delivered by 23rd/24th.

I was even willing to go there quickly or send someone, but i understand delivery must haopen for security reasons.

But seeing that even the bank asked them to please see rhis as urgent I xant see why they cant sooner.
