Poor service

Poor service ever. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 7th of Feb. They didn’t a week later I called asking my study material they Janine and Hilda are give me mails. They don’t tell me where is my study material and when are they going to deliver they are just escalating the matter. Last week I wrote a review and some lady called me saying she will make sure I get my study material still haven’t received my study material.
