Poor service 😔🙄

I've never seen a courier that treats customers as if they're doing them a favor, when they receive a parcel from MTN they will call you if they didn't find you on the call, you try to call them back they will tell you that they will call you back instead of assisting you they will never call u back, the next thing they will send u an sms that says the dsv courier has been trying to call u but they only called u once, then they will send back your package to MTN or else their drivers they don't show up then they go back with your parcel to their branch they lie at the branch they say they arrived at your place but they didn't find you, their drivers also threatens people to bribe them if not they refuse with your package, when you call to report them nothing happens, l used to respect dsv l always thout they're a different courier but they're the worst, are couriers not supposed to go and deliver nothing else, are they not paid to do that, do you think if your package was a ********** package MTN was not going to realise that why do they behaviour like they're detectives or is it becoz we are blacks coz if it was white people they were not going to do that, l hate this company with all my life they must stop treating people like animals and they should employee professional people if it wasn't for us they were not going to have work to deliver
