poor service
I am very disappointed in your contact centre the phone only rang once and they cut the call immediately I called back but there was no answer I had to buy airtime of R30 it all finished while on hold never got to speak to a consultant. This is not acceptable the first time they did this to me last time they ended up not delivering and I had to reapply for my device again.
