POOR SERVICE
My Delivery has been en-route since Friday 2022/08/26. When I trace my shipment it keeps going back and forth on the road then back to the warehouse. When I want to collect the shipment myself due to the delay. The call centre agent mentioned that an arrangement has been made for me to collect, but when I call again someone else tells me the goods are on my way to me. Lack of communication from the company, I JUST WANT MY GOODS, I CAN FETCH THEM MYSELF. This is the worst logisitics company I have ever came across.
