Poor Service
I was informed that delivery to my area would be between 8 and 10am today and that the driver would call 15 minutes before arriving. I specifically indicated that I am rescheduling my appointments to accommodate this timing and that the previous delivery was hours late. However, I received a text msg at 11:31 that the driver is on the way. What is the point of arranging time if it is not adhered to. Further, the driver had 2 numbers to contact me and should have called to inform me that they will be late. Second time with such poor service!
