Poor Service

<p>We did a booking on Tuesday for a pick up in Witrivier and it didnt happend.After how many phonecalls there was still no explaining why they didnt picked up the parcel.Evenytually we took it to they branch on Wednesday.So yesterday we arranged a pick up again with a ref number they promised us to pick it up before 5.They didnt picked it up This morning a phoned the Nelspruit branch the lady told me to wait for radioroom who never answered the phone.I phoned the head office after i spoked to a guy there he told me he cant help me and gave me another number to phone fpr prepaid pick up.The lady there was sp rude she told me she cant help me i must phone back to headoffice......NO SERVICE!!!!</p>
