Poor Service
Poor service at its best, I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 1st of August but up until today the 10th of August I haven’t received it. Their head office is useless they keep on telling that they are locating the parcel and you are the who will keep on following up because they do not update you accordingly. I even tried to make an arrangement to collect it myself but they couldn’t even help me with that. I wish to never deal with DSV ever again
