POOR SERVICE !!!!!!

Goodday, I just want to report poor service we received from Sun Couriers. We run a business and This is the third time we ordered parcels from Pretoria with important parcels that we need for our customers vehicles and they keep rebooking our parcel and the parts are urgent! I phone the Head Office and they just put the phone down in my ear. I wanted to speak to a manager and they don't answer. I found another courier and will never use Sun Couriers again!!!!
