Poor sercvice

<p>DSV shouls go and learn from other courier companies how its done, They suck. I have been waiting for a parcel from George that was shipped on the 13th, and still not arrived. When you call the call center no one answers. When i eventually got hold of someone, they told me they LOST my parcel. and have no idea where it is. ***?</p>
