Poor Delivery Service

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with dsv. Last week, I received a call and an SMS confirming that my delivery would be made tomorrow. I arranged my day around this. Then, without any notice, they called again today to inform me that the delivery would be delayed until next week.

This is unacceptable. It’s as if they assume I have nothing better to do than wait around for them. This demonstrate a significant level of incompetence.
