Poor delivery service

My horror with Ds couriers, I've been waiting for delivery initially it was set for the 22nd may, the driver said he couldnt find my place all is well, it was rescheduled for yesterday 30 may 2024,we called dsv yesterday the whole though they mentioned that the parcel was out for delivery, it was never delivered, when we asked about the details of the driver they said policy doesn't allow such, today it's the 31st and still the parcel is not delivered, they say it's going to be rescheduled again😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 When we call and ask about the driver nobody is getting through to the driver apparently he is not "answering" his phone.. Consultants we have spoken to are Mashudu, Samantha and Denell
