Poor customer service from DSV Delivery employee

I had a package delivered from wesbank vehicle finance yesterday and the delivery was done by dsv logistics. I must say I was appalled by the poor service given by the delivery person.

He came to my gate and banged against it even though I told him I am coming out just give me a minute. There was also loud music being played within the truck.

He did not even greet me and just said I must sign for the package. Upon signing he jumped into the truck and I had to phisically stop them from driving away with my vehicle documents. He then said "it was the music thay made him deurmekaar". I do not know if he was under the influence of something or if this is just a normal encounter for DSV employees dealing with customers. He then got out of the truck and gave my documentation.

I must say this is my first encounter with this company and I must say I will never make use of their services on a personal level.
