Poor customer service
I called to enquire about sending a small parcel that fits in the palm of my hand from Nelspruit to Capetown. The rude individual answered the question with it will cost R3500 . I asked why, they hadn't asked how big the parcel was.
His reply to me asking WHY R3500 was" well you don't think we will send it for free do you? "
