Poor customer service

I waited for a month for a phone from mtn last week I phoned they said they have the phone. Every single day I phone hold for 55 minutes I get told the driver had a breakdown he is on my way I waited and waited the lady who answered was very rude I am so disappointed now I phoned again was put on hold for 35 minutes and told I will get a call back. I got billed for the phone I do not have u guys are useless . ********** 565083 not even once I was called by u. I am so mad for taking us for granted . mxm
