Poor customer service
Shocking customer service..
After the initial communication the agent got my delivery address wrong and the driver attempted delivery and not even phoning to ask.
After numerous phone calls and call back requests no progress on fixing the situation.
I will not be held resonsible for any additional charges due to poor service and my attempts to resolve the situation.
