Poor Communication and Commitment
Waited for my package (MTN order) the whole of yesterday after getting confirmation and assurance from a consultant on Friday that it will be with me by 13:00. Asked for home delivery since I wont be at work as per weekday arrangement which was confirmed but guess what? Still did not get my package nor a call at least.
Hopefully will get my package at work during the week (once 10 days lapses then its an issue)
