Poor Communication
I am really not happy with Dsv, my father have been waiting for delivery since from the 17 Sept 2025, their drivers don't even call they jst update delivery failed, we have to call them and follow up with delivery then we will get stories. Today it's the 6th of October still waiting for delivery. Mtn online have find another way because my father doesn't want the device anymore he wants to cancel the order from Mtn.

08 Oct 2025, 15:49Still waiting for delivery they said they will deliver today between 13h:00 and 15h:00, just called to follow up on where is the driver they cant get hold of the driver, not sure if you want to deliver or not. Our first call was before 14h:00 to follow up if they will deliver they said yes the driver is will call shorty but still nothing no communication.
