Poor and pathetic service.

I was supposed to get my parcel last week Friday till now am still waiting, everyday I must spend my money to buy airtime to call them. Their tracking number is always showing that your package has been delivered to a different province. Every time when you call they will tell you that your package is out for delivery but never received. Yesterday the courier guy said his on the way to deliver but never came. Today I had to spend my airtime again n call to find out what happened to my parcel? All I got is that my parcel returned back! Why I don’t know ? All you will receive is their apologies every time when contact them but your parcel. Today they promised to call me back so we can resolve this matter and they never called. Am so tired of you DSV just deliver my package and we part ways. Your service is pathetic. Never use this DSV if you want peace 💔 They don’t take their customers seriously.
