PLEASE JUST CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS AS IT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
If I could give DSV couriers a -20 I would. The worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Waiting for delivery of an MTN sim card for an employee for almost THREE weeks. Been paying for the card but have not been able to use it AS IT IS SIMPLY NOT DELIVERED. Delivery arranged again and again but every time you phone there is another excuse. Sick and tired of the excuses and total incompetence

16 Apr 2024, 16:09Was called this morning by Ntombi that assured me that the parcel is out for delivery. She requested that I contacted her this afternoon if the parcel is not delivered. NOT ONE OF SIX CALLS ANSWERED. Now on hold with the Call Centre again in excess of 40 MINUTES. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO HAVE THE PARCEL THAT WAS PAID FOR DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!!!
