Please do not use FSV

Please do not make use of DSV. I am still waiting on a parcel, my vehicle registration papers and have not received any communication from them. The bank I used gave meca tracking number, but it shows that the parcel has been delivered elsewhere, with zero communication from them. No one that I have spoken to using there customer care line, have been able to assist. The absolute worst part now is that I will receive the same copied response here, saying that the matter have been escalated to the specific department. Please do not make the mistake of using them.
