This company is just the worst and unconsidered.... I have been waiting for my books since the end of registration and called them 7 times already and each agent on the other side gives me a different response. First they made me wait all day saying they books would b delivered that day, the latest would b at 17:30.... I waited didn’t leave the house.... nothing! Then u called the next morning and that agent told me she will launch a query and will receive an email regarding it, STILL WAITING ON THE EMAIL! Mind u my first assignment is due on the 3rd of March and I’m sitting here on the 21 of February with no books!!!
